Ingredients for Sesame Fish
Fish fillet: 300 grams
Milk: 2 tablespoons
Mustard sauce: 2 tablespoons
Raw sesame: 2 tablespoons
How to prepare Sesame Fish
Clean and wash the fish fillets, then dry them (it’s better to use kingfish or cobia). Mix the milk and mustard sauce together, and coat the fillets in the sauce.
Then, place the fillets in a dish with raw sesame seeds so the fillets are coated with sesame. Shake off the excess sesame. Preheat the oven to 220°C to warm it up.
Grease the oven tray, place the fillets on it, and bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

How to Prepare Steamed Fish:
Clean and wash the fish thoroughly and let it dry.
Blend chili, dried tomato, 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper, and oil until combined.
Fill the fish cavity with some of the sauce, lemon slices, and parsley.
Brush the fish with oil, place lemon slices on the skin, and steam for 45 minutes.
Steam sliced potatoes and 2 garlic cloves with rosemary on the lower rack.
Serve the fish with the remaining sauce poured on top.

Ingredients:
Medium salmon fillets: 6 pieces

Ingredients:
Trout or salmon fillets: 500 grams
Tomatoes: 700 grams
Fish stock: 5 cups
Fresh orange juice: 2.5 cups
Garlic: 3 cloves
Leeks: 2
Hot water: 1/4 cup
Rice: 1/4 cup
Olive oil: 1/4 cup
Dill: 2.5 tablespoons
Ground saffron: 1 teaspoon
How to Prepare:
Mix saffron with hot water, cover, and let it brew over kettle steam for 1 hour.
Slice leeks and sauté in olive oil for 5 minutes until soft.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add orange juice, fish stock, saffron, and rice, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 25 minutes.
