How to prepare Sesame Fish

Clean and wash the fish fillets, then dry them (it’s better to use kingfish or cobia). Mix the milk and mustard sauce together, and coat the fillets in the sauce.

Then, place the fillets in a dish with raw sesame seeds so the fillets are coated with sesame. Shake off the excess sesame. Preheat the oven to 220°C to warm it up.
